Summertime is quite relaxed in the dog yard, it is a well deserved vacation for the dogs after they have been running all winter. During the summertime our work in the dog yard revolves primarily around keeping the dogs fed and watered, as well as taking the young dogs for hikes and looking after the new puppy litters. Some days we have tourists come visit the kennel to see the dogs and also participate in hikes around the mountains and fjords.
It’s a great time of year – 24hr sunshine and lush greenery as far as the eye can see.
