It’s time for another Nordic Life update! Seeing as it has been close to 6 months since my previous blog post I thought now would be a great time to post a little about where and what I’m doing. I’m currently living on a farm in a town called Hønefoss just a short drive from Oslo. It’s a sheep farm with about 30-40 adult sheep as well as close to 30 little lambs. Since Spring is in the air, more and more lambs are being born every day. I do believe there are maybe 8 females still pregnant so we can expect to see probably another 10 lambs or so joining the herd in the next few days or weeks. Exciting times!
Compared to Northern Norway, it’s flatter and there aren’t as many tall mountains around but there are lots of hiking trails and old viking historical sites in the local area – which is pretty rad!
