A few weeks ago my parents came to visit me for my birthday as well as wanting to have a short holiday in Norway. We spent a few days in Oslo and then flew up north so I could show them my work and where I’ve been living the past few months.
We had a great couple of days in Oslo where the weather was absolutely stunning and then a great welcome to the north with the first snowfall of the season!
On my birthday we hiked up a mountain Målselv and then had dinner at a great restaurant in Tromsø (I had whale steak!).
